Mendeley Reference Manager is the new version of the reference manager that replaced Mendeley Web Library on September 07, 2020. Mendeley Desktop will continue to be available.

- Offline mode available which will auto-sync when you’re back online
- New features and functionality such as the new Mendeley Notebook which helps you collate all your highlights and notes from multiple PDFs
