Armagan Bayram is a Ph.D. student in Operations Management in the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst. She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, which she received in 2007 and 2009, respectively. Her research interests are in modeling and analysis of foreclosed housing policies using stochastic optimization and simulation methods.
