Many recommended databases (PsycINFO, PsycARTICLES, SPORTDiscus with Full Text, Academic Search Complete, CINAHL Complete) can be searched at the same time by following these steps:
- From the library homepage, click Databases List
- Locate the box labeled Popular Databases
- Click EBSCOhost Databases
- If you are off campus, you will be prompted to login with your email username and password
- Check off the databases you would like to search: PsycINFO, SPORTDiscus with Full Text, PsycARTICLES
- Click Continue
- Click on Advanced Search under the search box
- Under Limit Your Results, click Peer Reviewed and any other desired search options to limit your results (e.g. Linked Full Text, Published Date, etc.)
- Apply any desired database-specific limiters (for example, PsycINFO’s Population Group, Language, Exclude Dissertations, and Methodology options may be useful; scroll down to see additional database-specific limiters for SPORTDiscus with Full Text and for PsycARTICLES)
- Scroll back to the top and enter your search terms into the boxes
- Click Search
- You can tell which of the 3 databases an article in your list of results came from:
