Once students have completed the departmental approval process, ETDs (Electronic Theses and Dissertations) can be uploaded into ScholarWorks. Once a student has submit their ETD to ScholarWorks, they will receive an email approving their submission, or requesting revisions before approval.

Capstone Projects are often produced in lieu of a masters thesis or dissertation. If you would like to submit your Capstone project to ScholarWorks, please explore the Capstone Projects pages within the appropriate department or program in ScholarWorks, speak with a representative in your department or from Graduate Studies, or contact us.
Depending on a students wishes, Theses, Dissertations or Capstones can be made available only to on-campus users (Campus-Access Thesis/Dissertation/Capstone) OR to users around the world (Open Access Thesis/Dissertation/Capstone). These designations can be made when filling out the upload/submission form.
