Your Zotero Connector may be storing information related to ezproxy that could cause access issues. Be sure to update your Zotero Connector options / preferences.
- Go to the Connector's setings:
- Chrome: Click the "Extensions" icon in the Chrome browser. Click the three dots to the left of Zotero Connector. Select Options.
- Firefox: From the top menu > Tools > "Add-ons and Themes" > the three dots to the right of the enabled Zotero Connector > Preferences
- If you're not using Chrome: In the “General” tab > Automatic File Importing > Enabled Hostnames. If there is a hostname with “ezproxy” in it, please remove
- In the “Proxies” tab > uncheck "Enable proxy redirection".
